Returns
We assure our customers that their purchases are of the highest quality, but we accept Return items for the following reasons of:
Incorrect delivery (i.e., wrong size, wrong item, wrong poster category etc…)
Damaged / defective / faulty item delivered
Incomplete accessories (as enumerated in the deal sheet)
Description mismatch on the deal sheet versus the actual item delivered
If your purchase falls under these categories, please send us an email for request to return. It has to be sent within twenty (7) days upon receipt of the item and addressed to support@cineramatic.com Our Support Team will be glad to assist you.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and inclusions are correct, that’s why for these reasons, and returns cannot be accepted:
Change of mind
Replace with another item or the same item with different description
Item not in original packing condition or lacking accessories (as enumerated in the deal page)
Defect / damage due to customer misuse or neglect
Re-order
If you decide to buy two or more posters and if there is an overcharging on the shipping charges occur, just continue on with the checkout and I will refund you the difference. Or, you may add $2.50 per additional poster to the costs on your own.
